Not all of our muscles are created equal. Case in point, how I feel when I lift weights for my upper body versus when I weight train for my lower body. With my upper body muscles, it feels like I could go forever. It takes a long time for my muscles to fatigue.

THE diary of an inter county GAA star reads something like this. October: Gym work, Weights, Fitness test and sore muscles. November: More gym work, mucky fields, weights and another fitness test. All done on your own by the way as group training is not allowed in the month of the holy souls.
